1. Nimbu paani

The most favourite drink of all the age groups in India. This drink with high citric acid level and salt added to it helps you to be hydrated for longer periods. It can be made instantly and easily. It is just a three-step process. Take a lemon. Squeeze it and mix with sufficient amount of water. Add some salt and sugar. Stir it. That’s it. Your nimbu paani is ready.



2. Lassi

Most famous drink of northern India. It is made out of yoghurt. Yoghurt along with milk and sugar is churned together until a thick foam is formed. It can be mixed with additional flavouring agents like cardamom powder, pistachios, fruits etc. to enhance its flavour and make it more appealing for all categories to drink. It helps is cooling the body temperatures and its rich hydrating properties helps to avoid all summer hydration problems. It can be used to satisfy you hunger for a certain time.




3. Coconut water

Coconuts are largely found in southern parts of India. The water from the centre of the green coconut is a perfect alternative for fighting the sticky summer heats of the south. This drink refreshing and healthy. It naturally tastes sweet and hence requires no added sugars.



4.  Aam Panna

Aam Panna is famous summer drink in the northern part of India made out of raw mangoes. It is also a seasonal drink as mangoes are available only during summers.  Its taste feels refreshing and helps to fight the intense summer heats. Even though it takes a little time and skill to prepare, its tastes attract children very much. It is prepared using mango pulp, cardamom powder, salt, jaggery and water mixed in right quantities.



5. Fruit juices

Fruits like water melon, strawberry, and oranges help you to gain the energy back and feel rejuvenated.
